Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nina Shoes purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Nina box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
